It is not like it goes from not puffed to puffed over night it's a very slow process and it maybe hard to tell if the puffing is minor...
This is more for the person that is trying to build a "set and forget " setup that they can build and walk away from and never look at for 8 years.

Taking WB Project as an example (because he is the only one with a similar setup) He is pulling some 6Kw of power lets say 90-95% efficiency gives you 600-300watts lost to heat .. which to me seems like a lot ...

Yeah look i know what you mean... But i feel like we just have to try some things and see if they work or not... We are all pioneering here.
If this doesn't then i guess i'll have to get something made up... But i do want it removable, so i dont think press fit or heating stuff up would be...
Fyi i have bought one of these from this company.. previous coupler testing has shown these to be machined well.. (not cheaply thrown together)

im 99% sure that goes to the rocker cover / crank case. And that should be on the inlet side of your turbo after the MAF.. having it after the turbo will be pressurizing your crank case!
i dont use set screw couplers.. they by design force the couplers/shaft to the opposite side of the coupler and thus out of center and balance.. i much preferer the camping ones which ensures center alignment. Clamping ones also dont require a flat spot...
