I'm Chris, considering an electric turbo, maybe two for my Saturn DOHC 1.9. Although the jury is out on whether I'm going to build that engine or put an LS4 or turbomax 2.7L into the polymer fantastic mobile or not. It all depends on whether I can still get more than just forged bottom end and port and polish for the Saturn 1.9L DOHC or not.

Hello! That was a nice model that remain unique even more today. I knew a guy with the dual cam version that finally let it go because the frame rusted even if the body panel were mint. We have very bad winter around with excessive salt used to melt the ice and because of the polymer panels he didn't feel the need to have it oiled...
It won't be easy to make that engine fast but swapping a rwd engine into a fwd frame sound even more difficult. Make sure to weight all the job before starting the project.
The positive points about E-turbo vs a swap is that you can still re-use it for another car later with minor updates.
