Some evening research results: 1) Power. BorgWarner Matchbot tells me that for 5.7L engine making 7psi I need 27Hp (20KW) turbo shaft power. Damn... 2) I found that Castle already offers liquid-cooling for their engines but only for 2 (weaker) models...

That's time, money, experience ) I'm sure Alex would have got the same results if he went this route. BTW, Alex, have you had any in-car results with TP Power or Castle motors? @AlexLTDLX

How so? P2 in Europe will be 1100$, cheap ebay turbo ~240$. Wheel + housing for some "China" Holset or BW turbo will be also 200-300$

Hello to all forum members! I plan to build cheapest possible 500Hp electric turbo for my street V8 (and possibly move it to other engines since it is so vehicle-independent). But Speedmaster P-2 charger would cost about $1100 in Europe so I don't want to spend that. I want to use compressor...

Any chance of using this electric turbo on DIY builds? :)

What is rpm limit and power limit on this motor? It seems rpm limit is too low...
