Well looking at the power you are applying to your motor (12kw) i think, then the normal motor you have would be vastly overloaded lol..
How much rpm do you need ? they make a TP4080-CM

i see you have previously mentioned...
I have decided to go geared.. it will mean i'll have to make a gearbox (3d print at this point) to hold gear oil...
But id rather do that because i believe it will 100% work than go pulleys and have it maybe work.. and if it works have questionable life expectancy ..
On the bearings what...
To my utter surprise im back again... ( But not surprisingly with another flip flop lol)
To recap i was going to get my SC machined but that was goign to cost to much for something that i could not guaranty would work.. So had to give up on it
HOWEVER
I had some absolute amazing luck and...
On the 11th hour i had to pull out of getting my blower machined up.. Due to fanatical issues..
I still would love to build one but it seems hard to believe that will ever actually happen.
You miss understand... HERE on this forum it's only DIY at this point... People on this forum aren't selling kits. Yes you can buy complete kits like the torq amp from their site though.
I have looked into it.. There are two real SC kits i could buy for this car. One is a roots type and the other a rotex .. both dont bother with with a IC.. The higher the boost pressure the more you need a IC.. im talking here probably sub 6psi, which is less than the real SC kits. So i dont...
The interesting thing which failed to say was...
I was expecting the car to try and maintain 14.4v, and as i increased the load the current would be increased to counter this and maintain the 14.4v ... However this was not the case... It seems that the lower the battery voltage resulted in...
I have performed some alternator testing on my car to see what would happen if i tried to pull 30-60amps from the battery.
The following numbers are from the main ground wire.. There is a secondary wire too which has some current following through it but not a lot and it doesn't seem to change...
Vesc only uses the sensor at low rpm ( less than 10,000 RPM) I believe.
With my 4 pole motor i hope i can get it to 120,000 ERPM 60,000K RPM.. we'll have to see . im certainly not going to be doing this anytime soon lol.
The machining for this E-turbo is currently with the machinist. It should be done this month. He suggested i make some changes to make it cheaper for him to make And to index the parts together.
After that i will continue to buy the 6ah LTO's which have proven better than i could have hopped...
Here is the same tp motor some wired in D and some in Y.
I would have thought your motor would have had 2 ratings one for D and one for Y .. but instead they have no ratings at all ( well free KV )
I guess we could then continue this discussion with the benefits and drawbacks of D and Y.. I...
