thats excellent news! I hope they can do less than 6 poles though (like 2 or 4 poles).
The 6 poles need a lot or switching ... (shaft rpm x polecount/2 = erpm)
I would stick to the stock injectors and monitor AFR and injector duty cycles for now. (needs to be delivered by your logging/tuning software!)
If AFR does not get fat as needed while maintaining less than 80% injector duty cycle ... then I would step up in injector size one notch. (But this...
just googled "BLDC custom shaft" and got "smashed with a sledgehammer" 🤒

... and he must have solved the problem of coupling the two outrunners nicely!
(not sure I like the final claw/cushdrive for the compressor input side yet ... but maybe it IS viable)
Would be good to know how they manufacture them in the first place ... maybe it is impossible to disassemble them without damage.
(therefor the suggestion you send/specify a shaft to "them" for a custom motor build?)
Have you thought about disassembling the castle motor and machine a one piece replacement shaft for it?
(or supply Castle/Neu Motor with a long one piece custom shaft and they build the motor around it?)
So far the "coupling problem" is a very big problem ... and most of us have neither your...
... depends ... I got the impression from some of Alex statements that (for his ~4psi boost when he is WOT) it is not worth it.
The eBoost comes on only when requested ... and only for a few seconds at a time ... not enough time to heat up the charge significantly.
With a higher duty cycle and...

Anyone knows this guy? would be surely an enrichment here!
The cost for a geared Rotrex (standard) SC is relative ... if you can drive it with proven and cheaper golf cart electrics/electronics!
NOT driving it from the crank gives you "variable boost" and a completely decoupled (from engine rpm) control ... and quicker spool up!
(BTW ... eBoosting is...
yes ... of course they are trying to return their R&D investment as quickly as possible ... fascinating is though: they are using gearing, lubrication, cooling and have engineered the emotor directly into the inputshaft. We are trying to get there DIY ... and can learn a thing or two from their...
While I was thinking over again where we meanwhile are, how many cliffs have been tackled by some of the forum members (not all fully successfully circumvented) and how much money and time has been sacrificed and trying to incorporate the culminated findings here into a different approach:
-...
so ... to get rid of coupling / bearing / oiling (and many other electrical) problems time to approach it all differently:
a rotrex unit with built in 9.5:1 "gearing" and seperate special oiling loop like e.g...
welcome welcome!
if you have followed @AlexLTDLX youtube channel and writeups here you might have noticed the struggle with VESC (another FOC hard and software project) settings and compute power (lack thereof!) for higher erpms.
Yout skill set is VERY helpful here I would say! 🥳
maybe this chinese knock off was never built to run at 68k impeller rpm ... 🤭
a bent shaft would leave damage at a limited number of blades ... whereas blade flex due to airmass would most likely impact more (all?) blades?
yes ... the V-5 (above vortech map is for V-5 F trim) seems to be exactly what you need for smaller displacement engines (1.5-4.0 l ) !
looky what I found 😁 :
