Ducted Brushless Fans for boost?

So i tested the pressure of that 50mm fan. It is rated at
50mm=715W MAX in 25.2V. 30 amps..
I tried it on 5s it made about 1psi with no flow... BUT it got so hot that it would melt down on 5s so it's irrelevant that it made 1psi.. I could do more testing but i dont see there is any point as it gets to hot to every be used no matter the results.

There are metal blade and housing versions but they ain't cheap
 
I'm actually building a cheap plastic prototype just like this to put on my 223cc buggy. I used the motor and ecs out of a powerful hand held brushless leaf blower (20v) I'm just having trouble figuring out how to attach a trigger on off switch to the ecs. I want to attach the switch to the carb so it only activates a full throttle.
 
It's a trigger like a drill but I want to use one that i can put on my carb to activate at full throttle. The picture with the black switch came off the leaf blower and the green one is what I'd like to use.
