You have to address the pressure differential with a carburetor. If you blow through the carb you will blow against the fuel flow forcing it to backflow into the tank. To offset this the carb and tank would have to be pressurized which is unsafe and impractical. Next and what was done with early non fuel injected cars was carb attached to compressor inlet sucking fuel into the compressor and blowing it into the motor.
It works but may take some trial and error given the distance between the motor's intake port and the carb. Look up the 1984 turbo Buick regal or 79ish turbocharged Trans Am motor for an image of the arrangement. It was not the most efficient but it worked.
