1) No hotmail accounts. Not to poke fun at anyone showing their age, but hotmail really doesn't like small sites (like ours!)
2) Check your spam folder. Trust me on this one. It's more common than you'd think.
3) Give it, like, a max of 15 minutes...and resend the email after 10.
