i'm currently watching Alex talk about the slegdehammer today on fathers day
i have a 98 Ford Expedition with a 4.6l v8 Triton that i have to potentially due some head work on so i'm exploring power up grades.
i'm gonna get a turbo but i'm wondering if building an electric one is cost effective vs a traditional one
the bolt on torq amp is $2500
 
Oh man, you don't want to know. If there was no waste, maybe $5k USD... but I've got a good deal more than that in it in development. The P2 deal could be reproduced for about half that, about the same as a Torq amp, but instead capping at about 200hp, it would cap at 600-650. Hopefully this helps (sorry for the delayed response - I bounce between answering comments on youtube and here after work).
